Katherine Roth

Katherine Roth, EIT, LEED AP, serves as Operations Deputy Director at Lotus House Women's Shelter since May 2018, overseeing the management of a homeless shelter for over 400 women and children. Katherine supervises a team of 18 operations managers, coordinates facility maintenance, and collaborates with various teams to deliver supportive services. Previously, Katherine held engineering roles at TLC Engineering for Architecture, focusing on mechanical design, energy modeling, and sustainability consulting while contributing to committees promoting women's initiatives and high-performance buildings. An intern at CRB Consulting Engineers, Katherine assisted in mechanical design and presented sustainable design research. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering with Distinction from the University of Kansas.
