Noelle Amador O’Mara

Noelle Amador O’Mara is a dedicated Children's Services Research Project Manager at LOTUS HOUSE WOMEN'S SHELTER since June 2017, specializing in tracking outcomes and assessments to support families in fulfilling their action plans.
