Stephanie Padro

Stephanie Padro serves as the Deputy Director of Clinical Programs at Lotus House Women's Shelter since December 2014, where oversight of clinical services benefits over 500 women and children experiencing homelessness daily. Previous roles at Lotus House include Director of Families Program and Clinical Director of Families Program, where responsibilities encompassed program evaluation, data reporting, and staff supervision. Earlier experience includes working as a Child and Family Therapist at Pediatric Oncology Support Team, Inc., providing comprehensive care to families affected by childhood cancer, and a clinical internship at Hospice of the Comforter. Stephanie Padro holds a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
