Kathleen Shea-Ballay

Ms. Shea-Ballay has more than 25 years of experience in corporate law, serving as a general counsel, strategic business partner and trusted advisor for publicly traded companies and national law firms. A critical thinker, problem solver and valuable resource in implementation of business development and company growth, she brings to Lotus extensive knowledge of multiple industries including energy, oil and gas, marketing and logistics.

Prior to joining Lotus, Ms. Shea-Ballay served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. and in leadership positions with Sunoco, Inc. She earned a Master of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova.
