Nevena Zarić

Nevena (Petrović) Zarić has a diverse work experience focusing on human resources and community development. Nevena has held roles such as HR Lead at LotusFlare, Community Developer at HR Kutak, HR Manager at Betagy Ltd, and various HR positions at Acumenics. Nevena also has experience in event organization and project management, having co-founded and managed the Belgrade Test Conference at Supernova Events. Additionally, they have worked as a consultant for human resources business.

Nevena (Petrović) Zarić earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technologies from the Faculty of Organisational Sciences in the period of 2013 to 2022. Nevena also obtained certifications in areas such as coaching, design thinking, psychological safety, and PCM between 2021 and 2023.
