Roy Kucukates

Roy Kucukates began their work experience in 1995 as a Co-Founder at Gordion Bilgi Hizmet Ltd Sti, where they worked until 2011. After that, they served as an Instructor at Bogazici University from 2007 to 2016. Following that, they joined Ericsson in 2011, taking on various roles such as Senior Solutions Architect, Chief Architect, and System Manager until 2019. Subsequently, they worked at EPAM Systems as a Senior Solutions Architect and later as a Senior Enterprise Architect before becoming a Director of Product Management at LotusFlare in 2023. Additionally, Roy also worked as an Instructor at Toronto Metropolitan University starting in 2019.

Roy Kucukates completed their education journey with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 1993, followed by a Master of Science in LAN Interconnection over Frame Relay in 1995. Roy then achieved a Doctor of Philosophy in Low Earth Orbit Satellite Networks in 2002, also from Boğaziçi University. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at Lycee Saint Benoit, focusing on Math from 1979 to 1988. Additionally, they obtained various professional certifications in business architecture, 5G networking, and digital business ecosystems.
