Gwen Hsieh

Gwen Hsieh is the CIO of Lotus. She leads the IT strategy and Cybersecurity management. Gwen has extensive experience in the information industry, having served in global and regional roles at IBM for over ten years. Since joining Lotus, she has contributed to improving corporate systems and infrastructure and enhanced cybersecurity management to drive the company's information innovation, growth, and digital transformation.

Gwen attended a Ph.D. program in Computer Science, University of Houston and held a master's degree in Computer Science, Indiana University at Bloomington.
