Lapa Leelarpeerapan is an experienced professional in the food retail industry, currently serving as the Head of End to End Development at Fresh Commerce since February 2023. Concurrently, Lapa holds the position of Senior Food Retail Manager at Lotus's, responsible for new business initiatives within the coffee sector and overseeing product quality and cost savings in product development as an Assistant Director-Fresh Process and Convenience Food. Previously, Lapa worked at Tesco for over a decade in various roles, including Category Manager for Produce and Lead Technical Manager for Direct Sourcing, where responsibilities spanned managing quality teams and driving business growth through effective sourcing strategies. Lapa began the career at Central Food Retail Group, focusing on quality assurance for produce and store audits. Lapa holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Animal Science from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
