Marijke Woodruff

Marijke Woodruff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marijke is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Empower Media since 2023. Prior to this, they were the COO and Producer for the documentary "UnTethered" at LotusShark starting from 2022. Marijke also founded Marijke Woodruff & Associates in 2022, where they served as a CHRO, providing operations and strategic growth consulting services. Before that, they held the position of 3-All Officer & Board Member at 3 All Real Estate since 2019. Marijke has also served as a Member of the Board at the American Red Cross since 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Chief People Officer & Vice President of Human Resources at Health Carousel from 2016 to 2022, and as the Vice President - Corporate Human Resources Leader at Cincinnati Bell from 2014 to 2016. Their extensive experience in the field of human resources started at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as the North American Human Resources Leader for Beauty and Hair Care from 1991 to 2014.

Marijke Woodruff attended Bradley University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Marijke also attended The Academy of the Holy Names during the same years to complete their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Marijke Woodruff has obtained several certifications, including "Being an Effective Team Member" from LinkedIn in July 2021, "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" from LinkedIn in February 2021, and "Digital Transformation" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
