Mindy Kaplan

Mindy Kaplan is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Communications, Culture and Customer Service at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria since April 2004, Mindy oversees internal and external communications, including public relations and employee engagement, while also focusing on leadership development and company culture. Earlier, Mindy held the position of Director of Marketing, managing the marketing and social media efforts for the renowned Chicago-style pizza brand. Prior to that, Mindy worked at Pace Suburban Bus from September 1986 to April 2004, first as Marketing Director, where responsibilities included strategic marketing and service development, and previously as Public Relations Manager, handling crisis management and employee communications. Mindy holds an MBA in Strategic Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BA in Journalism from Northern Illinois University.
