Brian Penick is a music industry veteran who has held high-level positions at some of the biggest names in the business, including SXSW, Forbes, and Legacy Entertainment Ventures. Brian is currently a partner and CMO at LOUD Capital, where they are responsible for the company's marketing strategy and execution.

Penick has a long history of working with artists and labels to create innovative products and experiences that monetize the live music experience. Brian was instrumental in developing VNUE's instant live content platform, which allows artists to sell live recordings of their performances directly to fans. Brian also played a key role in establishing VNUE's mechanical royalties program, which ensures that songwriters and publishers are properly compensated for the use of their music in live venues.
