Ashley Ellis

Ashley Ellis, Ed.D, currently serves as Chief Academic Officer for Loudoun County Public Schools since March 2016, previously holding positions as Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Instruction, and Director of Instructional Programs within the same district. Prior experience includes serving as Systemic Partnership Coach at the Buck Institute for Education from March 2014 to March 2016 and various roles in York County School Division from August 2000 to 2014, including Coordinator of Licensed Staff Development, Online Learning Specialist, and Teacher. Ashley Ellis holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Policy, Planning & Leadership from William & Mary, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Educational/Instructional Technology from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English, Secondary Education, also from William & Mary.
