Elizabeth Mayfield began their teaching career in 1997 at Norwood School, where they taught second grade for two years. In 1999, they joined Loudoun County Public Schools as a welcome center assessor. Elizabeth has been with the school district ever since. Mayfield is a highly dedicated educator who cares deeply about their students and their success. Elizabeth is an excellent communicator and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their role.
Elizabeth Mayfield has a Masters in Education from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from American University.
Elizabeth Mayfield reports to Jennifer Ferrance, Welcome Center Supervisor. Elizabeth Mayfield works with Vanessa Koubratoff - Welcome Center School Counselor, Lucia Chang - Welcome Center Program Assistant, and Thania Garcia - Welcome Center Lead Screener.
