Katie Kutch, SHRM-SCP, possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Supervisor at Loudoun County Public Schools since August 2016. Prior roles at the same institution include Coordinator and Specialist within the same department. Katie's career also includes significant contributions at AEM Corporation, where roles spanned from Release Manager to Support Office Testing and Training Branch Lead for the Department of Defense. Earlier experience includes a position as Inside Sales Manager at Cargill and an internship with NBC News on the program Meet the Press. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gettysburg College between 1999 and 2003.
