Cara de Gastyne

Cara de Gastyne has held a number of roles in the operations and medical fields since 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Personal Lines Processor at HSH Insurance & Safety Services, where they were licensed with a Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license and specialized in processing bills, endorsements, and renewals on personal accounts. During this time, they also served as a Student Assistant at James Madison University, where they assisted with workshop and course preparation, billing support, and building security. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Intern at Carilion Clinic, where they partnered with management to enable all aspects of general and plastic surgery residency programs, as well as facilitated verifications for former graduates. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been an Operations Support Manager at Loudoun Medical Group, P.C., where they support in all aspects of operations for seven medical practices, leads finance meetings, develops budgets, and manages corporate-level social media and online reputation management systems.

Cara de Gastyne obtained their Associate's Degree in Health Sciences from Virginia Western Community College in 2015. Cara then went on to earn their Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration, with a Minor in Business, from James Madison University in 2017. In 2014, they obtained their Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
