Kathryn "Kitty" Kearns

Kathryn "Kitty" Kearns currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations for Physician Recruitment at Loudoun Medical Group, P.C., a multi-specialty medical group that supports physician practices with operational management. Previously, Kearns held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Virginia National Bank, where expertise included commercial real estate, acquisitions, and lending for medical practices over a career spanning more than 20 years. Kearns also served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending and Regional Director of Operations at Loudoun Medical Group from October 2020 to March 2022, along with holding roles as Chief Lending Officer and Chief Credit Officer.
