Jessica Ford

Jessica Ford is an Area Manager of Patient Advocacy at Capital Caring Health. Her passion for connecting families in need of advanced illness care has continued to grow over the past decade. She has enjoyed serving on the LSIN board as Vice President, President and returning again this year to the LSIN board as a Member at Large. Jessica is a Loudoun County native and grew up in Lovettsville, VA.
