Cathy Cogswell

Cathy Cogswell has extensive experience in the field of laboratory management and water quality analysis. Cathy currently holds the position of Program Director at Loudoun Water, overseeing the operation of the laboratory that conducts water and wastewater analysis. Prior to this, Cathy worked at Covance as a Study Toxicologist and Supervisor, managing study protocols and overseeing technical staff. Their educational background includes a BS in Biology with minors in Leadership Studies and Psychology from Virginia Tech.
