Nicky Conway has a strong background in student engagement, representation, and leadership. They started their career at Sheffield Hallam University as an Employability CETL Placement Assistant before moving on to Sheffield Hallam Students' Union as a Student Representation Coordinator. In 2012, they joined Loughborough Students' Union as a Senior Student Voice Consultant and later became the Head of Advice & Academic Representation. Currently, Nicky holds the position of Director of Student Influence, where they oversee structures and processes ensuring effective representation of members, empower and support student leaders, and lead the delivery of strategic plans for positive impacts on students.
