Daniela Chu-Rodriguez, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of International Student Engagement and an Adjunct Instructor in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Louisiana State University since August 2022. Prior to this role, Daniela held the position of Assistant Director at the Women's Center, LGBTQ+ Project at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from July 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating resident assistant recruitment, implementing staff training, supervising student staff, and managing significant events for the Office of Residential Life. Daniela also worked as an Area Coordinator, overseeing operations for two residence halls and developing positive relationships between residents and staff. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics, complemented by an Associate's degree in Business Technology.
