Risha Haria

Risha Haria is currently serving as a Physical Activity Youth Consultant at Mind since September 2023, collaborating with the Physical Activity Young People's Lead to co-chair the Young People's Physical Activity Advisory Group and contribute to resource development and event representation. Risha has previously worked as a Psychological Service Assistant at EPIC Psychology and Wellbeing Services and as a Digital Edge Ambassador at Adobe, where efforts included educating Loughborough University students about the Digital Edge Awards. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Chiromo Hospital Group, where Risha shadowed doctors and participated in patient care, and a media internship at Royal Media Services Limited, focusing on studio operations and broadcasting assistance. Risha is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Loughborough University, expected to graduate in July 2025, and holds A Levels from Oshwal Academy Nairobi Senior High.
