Dale W. Thayer, AICP, is currently the Manager of Airport Planning at the New Orleans Aviation Board. Previously, Dale held the position of Assistant Director of Community Development at St. Bernard Parish Government and Sr. City Environmental Planner at the City of New Orleans. With a background in environmental planning and field work, Dale has extensive experience in project management, report writing, and environmental sampling. Dale holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Southern Illinois University.
