Jonathan Matulevich

Jonathan Matulevich has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Jonathan started their career as a Product Development Design Engineer at Johnson Controls in 1994 and worked in various roles within the company, including Product Marketing Manager, Quality Manager, and Director of Customer Service. Jonathan then became the Director of North America Aftermarket Parts & Remanufacturing and later the Director of North America Continuous Improvement. In 2014, Jonathan joined Miller Electric Company as the General Manager and Senior Director of Operational Excellence. Jonathan was responsible for managing the metal fabrication acquisition turnaround and overseeing fleet management and facility operations. In 2018, they became a Senior Consultant at DISC, Inc., where they led business re-engineering and provided strategic planning. From 2019 to 2020, Jonathan worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at Florida Blue, contributing to the development of a performance management framework. In 2021, they founded their own company, Matulevich Business Solutions, Inc., where they served as the Founder and President. Currently, Jonathan holds the position of Vice President of Operations at LBS, where they lead the implementation of asset maintenance portfolios for transportation agencies in Florida.

Jonathan Matulevich earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Penn State University in 1991. From 1991 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same university. In 2013, Jonathan participated in the Leadership Development Program at Johnson Controls through the University of Wisconsin, focusing on Business Strategy.
