Philippe Maestrati

Philippe Maestrati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Operation Excellence Director at LOUIS DREYFUS ARMATEURS since October 2022, Philippe has held various leadership roles since 2014 where transformation and crisis resolution have been central themes. Prior to this, Philippe held senior positions at CGG and Schlumberger, focusing on developing sourcing and supply chain functions, improving team performance, and implementing cost-saving measures. Philippe co-founded DELLA ROCCA Services, providing strategic consulting to major clients like Flextronics and Airbus, and has a background in business development and supply chain oversight at Flextronics.
