André Margoto

André Margoto has extensive work experience in supply chain management, with their most recent position being at Louis Dreyfus Company as the Global Director of Supply Chain since September 2022. Prior to this role, André held various executive and managerial positions at Tereos, including Executive Manager of Planning & Advanced Analytics, Executive Manager of Procurement, Executive Manager of Logistics and S&OP, and Manager of Supply Chain Planning. In these roles, they were responsible for supply chain planning, procurement planning, sales and operations planning, and project management for continuous improvement. André also has experience as a Senior Engineer in logistics projects and operations planning and as an Engineer and SAP Internal Consultant in industrial production planning at Tereos. Before joining Tereos, they had an internship as an Industrial R&D Engineer at CEA, where they focused on biodiesel production.

André Margoto obtained a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa in the years 2003-2008. André then pursued a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2011-2012. In 2006-2007, they earned a Specialist degree in Industrial Engineering - Biotech from ENSAIA. Later, in 2018, they obtained another Master in Business Administration, this time focusing on Control, Auditing & Corporate Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. André also received various certifications including Fundamentos da Transformação Digital from LinkedIn, Data Storytelling from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Statistics and Machine Learning from StatQuest with Josh Starmer, Analytics Skills Accelerator from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Formação Data Science from Alura, and Formação Gerente Ágil - Metodologia Agile from Alura.
