Diego Pereyra

Diego Pereyra has an extensive work experience in the grains and oilseeds industry. Diego started their career as an Assistant Manager at Bunge and later worked as a Production Manager at Molinos Rio de la Plata. Diego then joined Al Ghurair where they served as Vice President of Oil Operation, overseeing oilseeds processing, oil refining, and edible oil packaging. After that, they worked at Noble Grain as the Technical Director for the Americas and later as a Director. Diego also served as the President and a member of the Board of Ex-Presidents at ASAGA Capacita, where they focused on developing technical skills and training for the oilseed industry. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Grains and Oilseeds Industry at Louis Dreyfus Company, where they are responsible for various operations, logistics, and processing tasks and setting standards and policies.

Diego Pereyra's education history includes a short course in soybean processing and applications from Texas A&M University in 2005. Prior to that, they completed a post-degree in agribusiness at Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires in 2012. In 2000, Diego pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at IDEA. Diego obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Rosario in 1997. Most recently, in 2019, Diego completed a program in Leadership in Action at IMD.
