Karen Norris

Karen Norris is a highly skilled M&A and corporate lawyer with extensive experience in project management and emerging markets. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Legal Officer, EMEA, at Louis Dreyfus Company since February 2015, Karen has played a significant role in various transactions across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to this, Karen held leadership positions at Chandler Corporation, where responsibilities included providing legal support to the Healthcare division and coordinating multiple transactions across numerous jurisdictions. Earlier experience includes roles at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and Linklaters, focusing on cross-border public and private transactions. Karen Norris obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Bristol and furthered legal education at the University of Nottingham.
