Yana Fiannaca

Yana Fiannaca is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across multiple companies. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Louis Dreyfus Company since January 2019, Yana has held roles focused on Data Science and Innovation as well as the Grains & Oilseeds platform. Prior to this, Yana worked at Kimberly-Clark Ukraine & Central Europe as an HR Generalist, and previously served as an HR Specialist and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Kimberly-Clark Ukraine. Early career experience includes positions as an Assistant to the Buying Department and Office Manager/PA to the Managing Director at WA Developments International Ukraine. Yana holds a Master's Degree in Applied Computational Linguistics from Kyiv National Linguistic University, obtained in 2008.
