Marios Perdios

Marios Perdios is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Food & Beverage Officer at Louis Hotels, overseeing F&B operations for 24 hotels in Cyprus and Greece since September 2010. Responsibilities include developing innovative F&B concepts and expanding the à la carte restaurant portfolio. Marios has extensive experience in the restaurant sector, notably as General Manager of the Restaurant Division, where operations include successful brands such as Akakiko. Previous positions include consultancy roles at King Sturge and various F&B positions at prestigious hotels such as Hilton in Paris, London, Berlin, Greece, and Cyprus. Marios holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL.
