Amber D. Deutsch has a diverse work experience background. Amber D. started their career as an Arts Coordinator at LA GearUp Summer Camps in 2010, where they also took on the responsibility of interviewing, selecting, and supervising the Arts Division of the camp. In 2010, they joined Louisiana Delta Community College as a Human Resource Intern and made valuable contributions by designing a new organizational system in Human Resources, implementing a system for maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll functionalities. Amber D. then worked as a Marketing Intern at ARAMARK from July 2012 to June 2013, where they successfully increased the bottom-line revenue for ULM Campus Dining through Meal Plan Sales and suggestive selling plans. In 2013, they joined CenturyLink as a Recruiting Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Sourcer, where they focused on talent acquisition strategies. In December 2016, they joined Louisiana Delta Community College again, this time as a Workforce & Continuing Education Coordinator, a position they currently hold.

Amber D. Deutsch completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in General Business - Marketing at the University of Louisiana at Monroe from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained additional certifications including a Sourcing Ninja Black Belt from Social Talent in June 2016 and a Six Sigma White Belt from Aveta Business Institute in September 2015.
