Madeline Bailey

Madeline Bailey is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Advisor at the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services since April 2024. Previously, Madeline worked as an Enterprise Systems Manager at the University of New Orleans, where responsibilities included risk management analysis and organizational change management for a significant initiative under the Louisiana Department of Health. Madeline has also held a position as an Associate at Emergent Method, collaborating on statewide projects to enhance access to health and human service information. Additionally, extensive volunteer work has been performed with organizations such as the School Sisters of Notre Dame, St. Thomas More Catholic School, Real World Service Group, and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Madeline holds a degree in Leadership & Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University.
