Alexis Pritchard M.ed.

Alexis Pritchard, M.Ed. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of education. Alexis began their career in 2006 as a High School English Teacher at St. Bernard Parish Public Schools. Alexis then worked as a Reading Interventionist from 2009 to 2011. From 2014 to 2018, they held various roles at St. Bernard Parish Public Schools, including Curriculum Writer and English Teacher. In 2018, they transitioned to the Louisiana Department of Education, where they held multiple positions, including Education Program Consultant, Family and Educator Communications Manager, and Strategic Communications Supervisor. Alexis rejoined St. Bernard Parish Public Schools in 2021 as the Director of Communications before taking on the role of Deputy Chief of Operations at the Louisiana Department of Education in 2023.
