Robert Y. Meszaros is a seasoned financial examiner with extensive experience in insurance and banking regulation. Currently serving as an Insurance Examiner for the Louisiana Department of Insurance since September 2017, Robert holds a Certified Financial Examiner (CFE) designation and conducts NAIC insurance exams. Previous roles include expertise in insurance examination for the State of Illinois with The INS Companies, as well as bank examination under FFIEC/FDIC procedures for the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. Additional experience encompasses significant positions at Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, Blackrock Consulting, Trade National Bank, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where Robert developed a robust skill set in financial analysis and regulatory compliance. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts in Finance from Miami Dade College.
