Erica Wells is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in graphic design and project management. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Louisiana Economic Development since November 2024, Erica previously held the role of Senior Graphic Solutions Manager at LED FastStart from May 2023 to November 2024, and spent over a decade at the same organization as Graphic Design Lead, where responsibilities included managing a team, providing strategic direction, and developing internal standards to enhance workflow efficiency. Erica's career commenced with Noble Design, LLC as Owner, fostering business identities through personalized graphic design services. Additional experience includes significant positions such as Senior Graphic Designer at LCTCS and Graphic Designer at the Louisiana Workforce Commission. Erica holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Louisiana State University, earned between 1995 and 2002.
