Lawrence Collins has an extensive background in economic development, with experience working at various organizations in Louisiana since 1989. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Office of International Commerce at Louisiana Economic Development, Lawrence has also held positions such as President & CEO at Livingston Economic Development Council and Director-Regional Economic Development at Baton Rouge Area Chamber. Lawrence received their education from Louisiana State University.
