Tatiana Bruce, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Louisiana Economic Development, where responsibilities include facilitating small business expansion through incentives and the Small and Emerging Business Development program. Significant achievements include increasing program utilization by over 250% and managing initiatives to enhance access to procurement opportunities for small businesses. Past roles include serving as a Graduate Assistant at Southern University and A&M College System and a Certified Spanish Tutor at Baton Rouge Community College, along with experience as a Retail Manager at DMIL & CIA LTDA. Tatiana holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Southern University and A&M College and a degree in Economics from Universidad del Valle. Additionally, Tatiana completed a Supplier Diversity Leadership Certification in 2023.
