Lindsay Bardes

Lindsay Bardes is an experienced educator and curriculum specialist currently serving as the Schools Manager at New Schools for Baton Rouge since August 2023 and as a Curriculum Specialist for the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities since January 2023. Previous roles include Director of Curriculum and Instruction at ReNEW Schools Charter Management Organization and various teaching and leadership positions at KIPP New Orleans. Lindsay has extensive experience in developing teacher professional development workshops and collaborating with program managers to enhance curricular materials. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, African-American Studies, and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, the state affiliate for the National Endowment for the Humanities, is a non‐profit organization dedicated to providing educational opportunities to all residents of the state.
