Caroline Gray has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Caroline started their career as a Marketing and Business Intern at NOLA Couture in 2009, followed by a brief stint as a Local Brand Manager at Brian Reyes. In 2010, they joined IBERIABANK as a Management Associate, where they received training in credit analysis and gained exposure to different aspects of banking.

In 2011, Caroline joined McCormick and took on various roles in brand marketing. Caroline led cross-functional teams and played a significant role in managing and growing product lines for Zatarain's and Thai Kitchen brands. Caroline also developed data analysis reports and worked on new product graphics during their time at McCormick.

Caroline then moved to PepsiCo in 2015, where they worked in Gatorade Marketing. Caroline contributed to the transformation of Gatorade from a sports hydration company to a sports performance company. Their responsibilities included assessing strategic platforms, modeling potential deals, managing TVC productions, and leading the development and launch strategy of campaigns.

Most recently, Caroline worked at Louisiana Fish Fry Products, initially as a Marketing Director and later as the VP of Marketing. Caroline played a vital role in the company's acquisition by Peak Rock Capital and subsequent sale to MidOcean Partners. Their responsibilities included overseeing a broad range of Louisiana-inspired food products and driving marketing strategies.

Caroline has a strong background in brand marketing, strategy development, cross-functional leadership, and product commercialization.

Caroline Gray completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management, Marketing & Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2015.
