Hortense Ambrose

Hortense Ambrose, LPC, has extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as an Outpatient Utilization Manager and previously as a Behavioral Health Case Manager at Louisiana Healthcare Connections since January 2016. Prior roles include MST Therapist at Rise n Shine from April 2014 to 2016 and at Novice House of Baton Rouge from December 2010 to March 2014, as well as a Mental Health Professional at Bayou Oaks Health Services from March 2010 to March 2011. Hortense began the career as a Disaster Case Manager at Operation Hope from March 2009 to March 2010. Education includes a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from Nicholls State University (1999-2002) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge (1994-1998).
