Bray Harris

Bray Harris, MPA, currently serves as Division Manager for the Louisiana Department of Health's Office of Public Health - Well-Ahead Louisiana since October 2022, with prior roles including Regional Administrator and Director of Operations. In addition to public health leadership, Bray Harris has a long-standing affiliation with the Louisiana National Guard since August 2009, holding various positions such as Executive Officer, Lead Logistics Advisor for COVID-19 Testing, and Command Language Program Manager. Previous professional experiences include serving as a Right of Way Agent for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, and a Pharmacy Tech Instructor for the Calcasieu Parish School Board. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe, alongside extensive studies in military intelligence, language, and leadership at various institutions, including the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
