Kristina T. is a Senior UX Designer at Louisiana Office of Technology Services. Kristina has experience in managing full-cycle UX design processes, optimizing user interfaces, and leading UX projects to improve application usability. Kristina also worked as a SAP Business Process Specialist at Cintas, where Kristina conducted user research for business process redesign and collaborated with IT teams.
