Kayla Fayard

Kayla Fayard is an experienced professional in performance improvement and process management, currently serving as the Director of Performance Excellence at LOPA since June 2025, where efforts focus on building a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to this, Kayla held multiple roles at Ochsner Health, including Director of Process Improvement and Organizational Change Manager, leading system-wide projects and change management initiatives. Previous experiences include positions as Brand Manager and Graphic Designer at Globalstar, along with earlier design roles at Lakeside Camera Photoworks and through an internship at the University of Southern Mississippi. Educational credentials include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the University of Michigan, an Administrative Leadership Certificate from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern Mississippi.
