Shelbi Picard

Shelbi Picard has been serving as an Occupational/Physical Therapy Technician at Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists since August 2018. In addition, Shelbi has been a Dance Instructor at Dance With Liz since September 2016, where skills in conducting enjoyable and productive dance classes have been developed. As a Research Assistant at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette under Dr. Krayesky-Self, Shelbi has gained extensive experience in using microscopes, writing scientific papers, and conducting advanced experiments. Previous experience includes working as a Fitness Technician at the Center for Work Rehab at the Fontana Center from December 2017 to March 2018, which involved managing the gym and assisting members with therapeutic equipment. Shelbi Picard holds a degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, completed in 2020.
