Tracy A. Embree

Tracy A. Embree serves as the President of Otis Americas at Otis Elevator Co., starting in October 2023, contributing to the global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing and servicing. Tracy has been a Board Director at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation since May 2016, participating in the compensation and governance committees, and is a founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards, a network for experienced women directors. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Cummins Inc. from 2000 to September 2023, where Tracy held positions of Vice President and President across multiple divisions, and at Colgate-Palmolive from 1995 to 1998 in managerial and engineering roles. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
