Grant Goings

Grant Goings serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Louisiana Pepper Exchange since August 2024. Previously, Grant held the position of Plant Manager at McCormick & Company from November 2021 to July 2024. Grant's extensive experience includes various roles at The J.M. Smucker Co. from January 2012 to November 2021, including Operations Manager, Senior Manager of Manufacturing Strategy, and Plant Manager. Prior to that, Grant was a Plant Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Sara Lee from August 2004 to January 2012, and a Quality Assurance Manager at Fresh Express from August 2003 to August 2004. Grant holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
