Ava Zebrick currently serves as a Patient Experience Manager at Optum since May 2023 and has been a Patient Partner & Consultant for the Louisiana Public Health Institute since October 2015. Prior to this, Ava held various roles at Ochsner Health, including Patient Experience Supervisor and Patient Experience & Engagement Coordinator from September 2019 to May 2023. Earlier in the career, Ava worked as a Paralegal at Kuchler Polk Schell Weiner & Richeson and completed roles as an Urban Planning Intern with the City of New Orleans and a Student Worker with the State of Louisiana. Ava holds a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and Planning from the same institution.
