Patsy Rials

Patsy Rials is a professional with extensive experience in training for responsible vendor certification at the Louisiana Restaurant Association. As the Northeast Chapter Regional Director at Self Insurer's Fund, Patsy is responsible for workers' compensation insurance and serves as an agent for the LRA. Before this, Patsy served as the Director of Enrollment Services at the University of Louisiana at Monroe for 22 years, focusing on recruitment and orientation. Patsy holds a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Speech Education, Theatre, and Social Sciences from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
