Justin Peno

Justin Peno currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Louisiana Women's Healthcare since September 2023. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Controller at West Feliciana Parish Hospital from June 2020 to August 2023 and at Lane Regional Medical Center from February 2015 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Ambulatory Reporting at Capital Area Shared Services Organization (CASSO) and Fiscal Analyst focused on Benchmarking and Analytics at LSU Health. Justin co-founded NuMe Health (now MicroBiome Therapeutics) and served as Director of Business Development from May 2009 to April 2012, and was a Fellow at the New Orleans BioInnovation Center from May 2008 to December 2009. Career beginnings included positions as Medical Laboratory Assistant and Senior Blood Donor Technician at Our Lady of the Lake. Academic credentials include an MBA from Tulane University and a BA in Philosophy from Louisiana State University.
