Hallie Beard is a skilled content and marketing professional with extensive experience in the arts and education sectors. Currently serving as the Content + Marketing Manager at Louisville Ballet since August 2022, Hallie has also taken on roles such as Advancement Coordinator and Content + Marketing Coordinator within the organization. Previous experience includes working as a Bridal Stylist at Rebecca's Wedding Boutique, where expertise in wedding dress consultation achieved notable conversion rates. In academia, Hallie has held positions as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of English for Jefferson Community and Technical College and Bluegrass Community and Technical College, and as a Graduate Teaching Fellow and Writing Center Consultant at the University of Mississippi.
