Rich Vance

Rich Vance is an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong background in engineering services, particularly within the oil refining, petrochemical, and chemical sectors. Currently serving as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager at Louisville Dryer Company since April 2022, Rich has previously held key positions including Business Development Manager at Valdes Engineering Company and Manager of Marketing and Sales at C&I Engineering. In these roles, responsibilities included managing client relationships and composing RFPs and RFIs for diverse projects. Rich also served as District Sales Manager at Citi (Associates Commercial Corporation), focusing on financial solutions for the construction and mining industries. Rich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with Honors from the University of Louisville.
